The Industrial Cadets F1 STEM Challenge is a 5 day programme from N.A.College for learners aged between 13 and 16 years of age.

Students will experience an advanced use of 3D CAD design, learn to create assembly drawings and exploded view videos, advanced engineering drawings, in depth marketing and engineering portfolios before they perform a presentation showcasing their work.

The week will end with a race on an official F1 race track.

We have found this program to be very popular with schools and students, which often leads to students competing in the official F1 in Schools competition.

Award: Silver Level Certificate accredited by the Industrial Cadets Foundation.

Fee: Free to Schools.

"The skills I learned such as 5s, Kaizen and lean manufacturing along with interview skills and techniques really helped me build confidence and stand out as the ideal candidate for the company where I have secured an apprenticeship as a Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Engineer at Parker Hannifin."
