N.A.College’s Sector Based Work Academy (SBWA) programme has been designed specifically to meet employers’ immediate and future recruitment needs. It is also designed to provide the skills and know-how that will prepare participants for a career in manufacturing.

It is open to unemployed learners aged 19+ years old.

The training is mainly practical, using a simulated production environment, with accompanying lessons delivered using Apple technology.

The programme gives a successful participant a range of qualifications that will benefit their career in manufacturing and engineering.
