Improving Operational Performance (IOP) is an adult levy-approved apprenticeship programme from N.A.College for learners who are employed at operator level in the automotive industry.

The apprenticeship develops the learner’s skills in basic manufacturing and engineering techniques. It includes lean and business improvement techniques in line with the employer’s requirements, reflecting the processes and procedures used in the plant.

Successful participants will gain a Level 2 qualification in Improving Operational Performance, awarded by EAL.
